Note: both these classes are provided by GBCT and are FREE and open to anyone living within one mile of Govanhill and receiving benefits.

The Tai Chi class at DAISY STREET (Wednesday 1.30pm) and LARKFIELD CENTRE (Thursday 1.30pm) are health oriented, facilitating gentle exercise and encouraging relaxed, synchronized movement. The curriculum includes Qigong, Hand Form, and basic Push Hands.
There is a more complete and practical approach covering all five aspects of Tai Chi,
